After years of study and prototypes, we’ve designed our replacement cores to exceed the OEMs in many areas.

Here is a list of just some of the things we’ve done to improve the product:

• Silver Soldered our tube to header joint and brazed our header to tank joint on the Folded Core Modules. This adds significant strength to the core and improves the quality of the product
• We use a 0.028” Tube Wall. This gives us added Strength
• Modular and AMOCS cores have soldered joints for ease of cleaning
• Double tubed corners on certain models for added strength and rigidity where you need it most

Guaranteed Fit and Performance

We’ve made our CAT radiators a simple drop in replacement for you. After 12 months of development with one of the world’s largest CAT distributors we’ve proven the fit, form and function of the radiator and lines group so that you don’t have to do any of the design work yourself. Simply order the complete kit from GHT and be assured that when it arrives it’ll bolt up without a single modification required.

Global Heat Transfer offers you cost-effective, and complete drop-in OEM replacement oil coolers that are engineered to exceed OEM specifications. Applications include Hydraulic Oil Coolers, Lube Oil Coolers, Transmission Oil Coolers, Fuel Coolers, and Aftercoolers.
