Dynacon Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS)

FET’s Dynacon product line specializes in the custom design and manufacture of winches and launch and recovery systems. We can modify our LARS to suit a variety of ROV launch and recovery specifications for our clients.

Our product line includes a variety of products such as winches, umbilical handling systems, and levelwinds. We also offer ROV launch/recovery systems, cable engines, and overboarding sheaves.

Additionally, we provide hydraulic power systems and other related products. We have electric drum winches for ocean research, as well as hydraulic winch systems with cranes for deep-sea operations. These tools retrieve ROVs, towed objects, ocean instruments, AUVs, and other equipment from the ocean.

Formed in 1986, Dynacon’s 85,000 square feet of manufacturing space services all aspects of the production process. We accomplish in-house design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, and testing at our Bryan, Texas facility.

Dynacon winches and handling systems can meet certification standards from various agencies. These agencies include ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Registry, the U.S. Coast Guard, NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010/P-9290, and others.
