Rescue Vehicle (SRV)
FET’s latest SRV ‘LR600’ is an evolution of systems delivered previously, incorporating a three man crew and designed to recover all submariners from the DISSUB safely to deck.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC:
- Built under Lloyds Rules & Regulations for the construction & classification submersible and diving systems
- 10m long, under 30,000kg
- Up to 18 persons rescue capability with 3 crew
- High Strength steel single-piece hull
- Operating at depths above 600 meters
- Can mate with distressed submarine at angles of up to 90 degrees (+/- 45o)
