CraneSafe
Beginning in the early 1990s, CraneSafe designed, manufactured and installed custom-engineered offline handling, man-riding and safety crane systems exclusively for the offshore oil and gas market. Originally based in Singapore, the company’s specialized expertise and focus on technology made CraneSafe the Asian market leader in its field.
CraneSafe provided a range of established offline crane products, including offline activity crane (OAC), multipurpose crane (MPC) and personnel transfer bridge (PTB/PAR) solutions. The company also provided spare parts and after-sales service, continually expanding these offerings as new products were introduced to the market.
CraneSafe was acquired by Forum Oilfield Technologies, and in 2010, Forum Oilfield Technologies joined Forum Energy Technologies (FET) as part of a 5-way merger with Triton Group, Global Flow Technologies, Allied Technologies, and Subsea Services International.
Now as part of FET, the CraneSafe brand leverages decades of experience to offer a broad range of specialty solutions for all types of drilling rigs – land and offshore. FET CraneSafe can work with you to design and manufacture custom equipment that meets your rig’s specific requirements, accommodates special engineering needs, and streamline delivery and installation.
