MIDCO Fabricators
MIDCO Fabricators was founded as Guthrie Welding Co. in 1976 in Guthrie, OK. In 1991, the company changed its name to MIDCO to reflect its expanded operations. As a manufacturer of custom process equipment, MIDCO specializes in designing and fabricating oil, gas and water separation vessels, oil and gas treating units, process vessels, dehydration units, heating systems, and ASME code-certified vessels.
In October 2007, MIDCO joined forces with Allied Technology, the parent company overseeing several successful businesses. Subsequently, in 2010, Allied merged with Forum Energy Technologies (FET) through a five-way consolidation involving Triton Group, Global Flow Technologies, Forum Oilfield Technologies, and Subsea Services International.
Leveraging the rich legacy of MIDCO, FET now produces surface processing and production equipment within our dedicated Production Equipment product line. Our skilled professionals bring decades of experience fabricating and packaging equipment for oil and gas production, gathering, processing, transmission, and distribution applications.
