Pipe Wranglers began in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada as a premier manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic catwalks. improving safety and efficiency of drilling rigs around the globe. For decades Pipe Wranglers specialized in the innovation, mechanical design and fabrication of pipe-handling systems.
Pipe Wranglers was acquired by Forum Oilfield Technologies in June 2006. In 2010, Forum Oilfield Technologies joined Forum Energy Technologies (FET) as part of a 5-way merger with Triton Group, Global Flow Technologies, Allied Technologies, and Subsea Services International.
Pipe Wranglers Hydraulic Catwalks are proven to significantly reduce the hazards associated with the direct handling of tubulars during the pickup and laydown process. Reducing or eliminating the handling of tubulars will result in a safer, more productive and more profitable rig site.
Built upon the legacy of the Pipe Wranglers brand, FET still manufactures pipe handling products within our Drilling product line.
