About the role:

As a Project Specialist, you will be the support liaison to partner with customers around the world on service and repair projects. These projects will have time-sensitive deadlines and complex orders for one of the most cutting edge product lines in the FET Production Equipment portfolio. You will use our internal ERP system to build the quote/project order then serve as the liaison between internal teams, vendor and customer to ensure material gets to the project site when it’s needed and how it’s needed.

This is the perfect role for a recent college graduate or someone just starting their career in manufacturing engineering or supply chain management as you will learn how to execute a product life cycle from time of order to receipt by client.

JOB DUTIES:

Communicate with customers to determine their requirements and generate quotations as required.
Interface with vendors to obtain quotations for equipment as required.
Clearly communicate with sales order personnel the requirements for new customer orders.
Maintain quotation log and other performance metrics as required.
Create purchase order requisitions to support customer orders.
Evaluate current inventory levels and suggest future stocking limits for high consumption parts.
Perform all necessary transactions in ERP system such as receipts, shipments, assembly orders, etc.
Stock parts in warehouse racks as required.
Assemble standard parts for stock and customer orders.
Coordinate and align customers’ schedule with Forum field service personnel to satisfy customer requirements.
Coordinate with Customers, End-users or Inspection agencies and related conversations or meeting when job related issue arises during project.
Organize customer shipments (domestic and internationally) and prepare necessary documents as required for compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills

Intermediate level MS Word & Excel.
Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail & accuracy.
Ability to handle and respond to rush situations.
Solid ability to communicate with customers, office and warehouse personnel.
Must be comfortable learning how to operate a forklift.
Medium to Light lifting required.

Experience

High school graduate or equivalent, College Preferred.
3-5 years oil and gas field service related work Preferred.
Electrical Parts experience a plus.
